wow after watching this highlight video i dont see how anyone can say we should pass on DJ if he falls to us unless we get an amazing trade offer. look at him HES AMAZING. hes such a playmaker and he would make our defense dominant. greg williams likes to switch around our linebackers anyways, and if you dont agree with that than i can easily see him gettign converted to MLB considering his size and athletic abilities, or maybe even putting big marcus washington at MLB.

He looks good in the hi-light video. But I didn't watch him play in college, so I'll pass on this one. :)

After all, and I type this in all seriousness, we could put a Rod Gardner hi-light video together from his time in Wash that would make him look like, well, an NFL receiver :)

haha but in all seriousness this guy is amazing and touted as the best linebacker prospect since lavar, that is why i think we should take him if he falls to us no matter our need.

yea i apologize for another highlight post but its not really about the hightlight its more the fact that i beleive we should draft DJ if he comes to us contrary to just about everyones opinion on this site. :(

Looks like a handful of plays repeated 2-3 times a piece.

He's a playmaker though, definately knows how to strip the ball.

Depending on how the front office as the CBs rated, I think DJ is probably about 4th ot 5th on the skins board. This guy can really play!

he is a playmaker, but it's just not enough of a need for us right now. I didn't watch him play in college, but i wasn't that impressed with what I saw, or at least not impressed enought to spend a #9 pick on a position that we are not really hurting for right now.

No way we move Washingotn to MLB though, he's made his name on the outside and i doubt GW will mess with that. If we go defense it will be CB or DE. But stranger things have happened.

Did anyone notice this guy didnt wrap up one tackle? They were all hits. He does not use his arms at all in making a tackle, and in the NFL that equates to bust.

He is better suited for saftey skills, but he is in a LB body. If someone can teach him to tackle then he will be a stud, but intially he will look like a bust because he goes for the hit, not the tackle.

Living in Austin, I saw DJ play many times and never saw a player make him look bad. The guy can flat play and is a very sure tackler.
