Did the Wiz completely underestimate the

importance of Hughes, Dixon, and Blake. Dixon is an all heart player. Did we lose heart and character for a little experience and height/weight. Hughes was magic with Gil. This year, ain't much magic yet. Blake I'm not so sure about, but he always had a knack for hitting the important three. Arguably, Daniels and Atkins are much better than the MD guys, but did we lose too much emotion and heart?

Losing Hughes is what hurt, especially because Antonio Daniels has disappeared since he got here. Daniels has been terrible. I honestly can't remember him hitting an outside shot all year. I haven't watched all of the games, but I've probably watched about half of them and Daniels has been BAD. Trade this guy ASAP. He's shooting 12% from three point range and we brought him in to replace Larry Hughes?

We need to shake things up. We need to make a few trades just to get rid of some of these LOSERS that we brought in.

Oh, and losing Blake and Dixon isn't the problem. Those guys SUCKED.

The Wizards suck because they're over confident about themselves.
1. They made the playoffs for the 1st time in nine years and made it to the 2nd round on GAs buzzer beater which got them another home game.
2. After coming off the playoffs the team was getting a lot more attention from the media and the public in general
3. They started the season 5-1 after going to teh 2nd round
4. After the 5-1 start they thought they were untouchable and thought they could easily win the division w/shaq out and them off to that start
5. EJ was like WHOOAA...I didn't know we were this great. Okay guys you can coach yourselves in practice and I'll just sit here watching
6. Once again over confident

8. Now that we're losing they havn't gotten back to the basics that got them off to that start.
9. They think the season is over because they're 6-7 games under .500 and are going to pin it on management with teh huge shakeup this season
10. They're 5x better on paper than last years team but aren't playing together. Everyone wants to be hero to rescue the team from teh spiral and it's showing.
11. Why do Jamison and Butler shoot 95% of time they touch the ball...because they don't know the offense. I'm pretty sure Butler doesn't understand the offense. I always see people trying to put him in place (IMO..i might be wrong)

Nothing to do with the loss of players this offseason. EG made us better on paper but it's the coaches job to help them play as a unit.
EJ sucks. 2/3yrs will be losing seasons. Yeah so he made the playoffs lsat year. I'm thinking it's a fluke. He sucked the 1st yr. He sucked last yr. He's sucking this year. Doesn't management see the problem. Get Stan Van Gundy here. He took the team to the 2nd round his 1st yr in Miami. He can EASILy do the same here. HIRE VAN GUNDY!!!
