Didn't really get to watch much of the game but we won 94-85....that's 2 straight now and the Defense has picked up. Are we in for another disappointment or are they actually going to turn this thing around?

WIZ 15-19 currently in the 8th spot

Man i watched the game but i didnt realize Jamison was scoreless.Arenas had 37 points and I believe Arenas also had 8 assists..Looks like our defense is finally starting to become good.

They better beat the Hawks tomorrow night in Atlanta or this momentum will be shot. That said, I like what Eddie is doing right now because he is letting everyone know (aside from Arenas and Butler) that their minutes are in jeopardy. Everyone has to earn their PT now. I would like to see Blatche get increased minutes though. He is a going to be a beast!

Much, much better tonight. There's a new lineup, and guys have to produce to play. That's the way it should be.


Guys hustled tonight and it makes a world of difference. Certainly not a championship team, but they can play with about anybody if they try, and they hustle.

Arenas was awesome taking control of the game at the end but he got other players involved for most of the game. The first 3 1/2 quarters, he at least tried to run some sort of offense instead of letting the team come down and shoot quick shots. That combined with not playing defense in other games on the other end was a receipe for disaster.

Hopefully they continue this consistantly. Not winning EVERY game, but at least playing hard EVERY game.

man why isnt blatche playing more? he scored 4 points in 5 mins or something of that nature....

I saw that. HIs mid range jumper is wet. He could end up being a poor man's Rip Hamilton.

I heard him compared to Danny Manning. i would take that.
