They have been carrying him all year on the roster instead of IR. They must think he is going to make it back. Man, its been forever he has been hurt.

Most of last year and this year.

Either that or the FO doesnt know how to get a replacement for him....
I vote for that option.
This FO really knows how to evaluate draft and obtain personnel...Badly....
We need a huge upgrade in the FO....Actually, we only need a good capologist, a good team of evaluators and someone with great negotiation skills.....Oops! That is the FO.

I saw that Kareem Rush was released, that would be a good pickup..A guy who can come off the bench and hit threes.

I think EG is counting on Hayes to become our Michael Redd/Ray Allen type player. A player with a very pure shot. Problem is, Hayes hasn't been able to get in a rhythm because he is always injured. He is more like a post-Detroit Grant Hill than anyone.

Jarvis is injured every other time he steps out on the floor. We need a replacement BADLY.

Explain.....Getting rid of Kwame Brown.

And they aren't cutting him because he is potentially better than whatever scrubs we can pick up right now in the season. I mean we already have Billy Thomas and Awvee Storey on the bench. Do we really need another one of those players? A healthy Jarvis is a lot better than either one of those guys.

I think this will be Jarvis's last year here and he'll be trade bait in the offseason

I'm voting for this one. If he could ever stay healthy his consistent outside shot would be a killer for the Wiz.

Jarvis Hayes if very frustrating but he has a sweet stroke and I would like to seem him stay healthy. Not quite ready to give up on him.

Edit: Hayes doesn't have much trade value with him constantly injured. Keeping him would be the best move.
