w/ beamer at the helm, they're always in the running. if a qb emerges as a star on this team, watch out. their defense is stifling, we know all about their special teams. a top notch offense will take this team far. a qb is the x factor.
looks like the move to the acc was great for tech.

A solid and consistent qb will definitely put TECH in the heat for the National Championship. Tech has the best receiving core they have ever had and they are Ok with the depth at RB as long a Bradon Ore gets healthy. I can't wait to see what happens this year.

Moving to the ACC has been very exciting for all of us tech fans. Especially for us in Richmond where we can get to Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh and winston-salem quicker than getting to Blacksburg. It's great to have so many teams close.

Major harris , you can say what you said about ANY team in college football, obviously the quarter back is the X factor, a top notch offense will take most if not all teams far. Your points are too basic and easily refutable. Find more solid points to argue and the you can...discuss.

Thats true its so wide open this year that since they have a great defense all they need is a quarterback to step up and play big. I expect that person to be Sean Glennon.
