First the worst-NBA Live:

Second the best-NBA 2k7:

2k7 gives the Wiz players much better(and more accurate)ratings. I always thought the 2k series were better anyway.

interesting, both games have Daniels ranked in the low 70s. i'd say he deserves an 80.

Arenas should be rated at LEAST 95

There is no comparison between live and 2k7, 2k7 is an unbelievable game - Live is an updated NBA Jams.

I hope 2k7 steps up just a bit, they were like 10% from perfect last year - I was really impressed,I hope the rookie dunk ratings (and all dunk ratings) are editable this year.

Time to check it out! :)

Plus even Gilbert switched to 2k6 from Live 05 last year, and he is both an NBA player and a video game geek :D

edit: Hmm... sucks that they don't seem to rank the "dunk range" rating, thats the "ups" and "flashy" ability of the dunks, at least it was last year.

The other dunk rating is just the success rating of dunks, not the style - plus the "dunk range" hidden rating is the one that makes them do the cool layups too, which Gilbert couldn't do last year :( If it isn't listed here, I hope it is at least editable if they screw over players.

It was lame that Gerald Green couldn't do sick dunks in last years 2k7 and you couldn't fix it - especially if they aren't going to release updates like last year on Xbox :(

How in the world could Gilbert arenas have a speed of 84 and a conditioning of 82.

Didn't Gilbert Arenas lead the NBA in minutes per game last year? Those can't be the real ratings for Live... wow... such disrespect.
