Wizards vs bucks game thread

The bucks lost last night but they beat the spurs in SA this week..This will be a very tough road game..Im not sure if the game is at 7 or 8..

It's at 8:30 tonight. It's going to be a tough one. It's also a back-to-back for us, plus we're playing on the road, so it will be hard. Lots of good matchups though. Gil vs. Mo Williams (aka one of the Wizards' killers around the league), Stevenson/Caron vs. Redd and CV (when he comes off the bench, which is surprising) and Jamison vs. Bogut. Hopefully we'll manage to snatch up another road victory and go 13-3 this month!

Im going to watch the Redskins and turn to the Wizards every now and then..But i'll still see alot of the Wizards game..Hopefully the Wizards can blowout the bucks, so I wont have to worry as much.:)

I think Arenas plays better on back to backs. He gets to carry the momentum from the night before into the next night. Plus he trains for stuff like this. He at the very least will give us a shot to win at the end. I'll be at the skins game tonight but will be checking my phone every chance i get.

Yep, I agree. 4 games in 5 nights. Very successful month though. I never would have imagined a 12-4 month. Congrats to Gilbert on a spectacular and memorable month, and a great overall team showing. Here's to great play heading into 2007. :cheers:

What a bad night..Redskins lose and the Wizards lose..But we were on the 4th game in the 5th night..Really with no big men..Hopefully our big men come back soon.

Overall I'm not mad we lost(on either front). We were out of bodies and out of gas. We had a lead going into the 4th but you just had to have the feeling the Bucks would start hitting the open shots they were missing earlier.

My only complains are a couple I had with EJ. 1-Where was Blatche in the second half? First half he had a nice 7 points and 7 rebounds. I would have given him some more minutes in half #2. 2-Did he forget he had timeouts? In the Bucks 4th quarter run where they turned our 3 point lead into an 11 point deficit EJ waited too long to call a TO. Let the lead get out of hand. Poor management.

Overall though this was a hell of a month for us. Not disappointed. It was bound to end at some point.

i agree witb warhead36, the wizards have an excuse in my book, the skins and hokies do not however. You could tell arenas and jamison were tired in the second half and who could blame them. Let's start off 07 right with a revenge game against the bucks and take it from there.

Missed the Wiz game cause I was at the Skins game, but we had to let one slip eventually.

Next game is Wednesday, so our guys have some time to rest.

REALLY glad to see what Blatche did tonight. He's forcing EJ to play him more.
