IS it just me, or did he quit last year? Was it the injury? He just never seemed the same after it, and given the Wiz play towards the end, did he just quit on the team?
If so, do you try to trade him or hope tha a new coach and no Jordan will help?

I would try to trade him, but who would take him?

I'd trade him for draft picks. Of course, we just had a draft and missed the opportunity, but I'll bet someone would bite.
Actually, Hughes can score - he's just not a point guard and never was. He was one heckuva college player at St. Louis, but like many others, he'd have benefited enormously from having a few more NCAA years under his belt.

He is not a point guard and I really don't think he has a good enough jumpshot to be anything more than an average-at-best shooting guard. With Stackhouse, Dixon, Blake, Hayes and a to-be-determined PG on board, I'm not sure where he fits.

He really is quite talented, and we'll probably be disappointed when he becomes a huge performer at his next stop in the NBA. That said, we could probably package him with one of our plethora of big men, and work a sign and trade to send him to the Clippers. Brendan + Hughes is around 7 million, which sounds about right (not that anyone deserves that much cash). Some might prefer sending Jahidi, but Jahidi + Hughes == 10 million, which is too much to spend for a PG who can't shoot a decent percentage.
