Here's a solution to the BCS mess. Have each league champ from the BCS leagues (6) make a guaranteed place in the BCS bowls. Rose, Sugar, Fiesta and Orange. Create an eight team play in for the other two teams, from the next eight highest BCS ranked teams. Use the minor bowls for the play-in. First Gator, Tangerine, Liberty and Peach. The winners play in the Cotton and Citrus. After all play-ins are over seed the teams into the appropriate place in the four Major Bowels. After the major bowls play a one game of no. 1 vs no. 2 by BCS ranking.

What do you think?

A big WHAT IF. What if the two teams that win in the Sugar Bowl and Rose Bowl decided to meet each other and play after the bowls? I don't mean come officially as LSU, USC, OU, or Michigan. Just say all the players decided they would go and play the players from the other bowl winner, kinda like barnyard football. Who could stop them? If they got no financial gain from the game and all the money from tickets was donated to charity, what could the NCAA do about it?
