VT basketball is much better than Maryland. Just kidding but hopefully with some good recruiting and the new coach they get a few wins in the ACC. Next year will be really nasty. we'll see though

In the short run it will hurt, especially in the "W" collumn but, VaTech will have much better recruits thanks to their ACC membership.

Imho the Hokie's basketball team is better than ever.

Sure we will get crushed in the ACC, but at least we made it into the Big East tournament this year.

The new coach seems to have brought a big improvement I think we could be pretty darn good.

Probably not MD or Duke status, but we won't be the laughingstock of the NCAA.

Yeah we will definitely get better recruits now that we are in the ACC. I think it's gonna take 2-3 years to be competitive in the conference

i disagree lavar leap. going into the ACC will help tremendously. more big time recruits will come to va tech in the long run. but it will take a while.

i really hope VT does well next year. i am hoping they pick up some ACC wins and do well out of conference. the ACC is a bball league and i dont want bball to suffer for football. same with miami, hopefully they improve in the comming years

Well I liked what I saw this year and that is improvement.

I think Coach Seth Green is the real deal and I think he will bring respectibility to the VT squad.

In his first year as Coach he already brought us to our first Big East tournament berth ever.

Go ACC (except UVA )!!! :p
