Since 2000, only the Capitals have sported a winning record, and much of the blame has fallen in the hands of ownership, and rightfully so.

Easily Abe Pollin. The Wizards have a horrible front office, can't keep their young talent, and have no blue print. This past offseason is the first time in ages that a big-name free agent has come here. Pollin even screwed up the MJ situation.
The Caps have had their successes, the Snyder has done everything possible to win and has the Skins going in the right direction, and Angelos has opened up his wallet many times as well and they were robbed by that Jeffrey Maier kid!

Honestly this question is not even worth asking. Abe Polin is one of the worst owners in all of sports. Possibly the worst...
You haven't been a Wizards fan that long have you?

Just think how much the hiring of Gibbs transformed everyone's perception of Daniel Snyder. Had this poll been posted prior to Gibbs' hiring, Snyder certainly would have received plenty of votes.

I dunno man... At least Snyder tries, like him or not. Polin didn't even try for a long, long time.
Unfortunately, now that Polin is trying we all realize that he is an idiot, and has no business owning a baskteball franchise.

hiring a GM before he hired a coach is a simple concept in sports business that he violated.

That's an excellent point. Also, Snyder is usually more popular in the offseason, because that's when the Redskins of recent years have done best!

Of the 4 listed
Pollin- Longevity of sucking is on his side.
Angelos- A classic slime-ball lawyer back stabber.
Snyder- Per Gibbs- Product he put forth and charged for was oversold. Post Gibbs-brilliant.
Leonsis- Too new & young to be on this list.

I would have to say Leonsis. The Redskins and Orioles both have a lot of talent, they just can't win. It is not the owners faults. And you can't get mad at Angelos for not wanting another team in Washington. There is no way Leonsis should beat up a fan. What does that show about your team?

Why can't I? D.C. is NOT his damn market so he just needs to let it go

Angelos reminds me of an old bran flake, dunno why so I went with him.(Besides I want a team in DC, rooting for Orioles, is like trying to root for the old Baltimore Colts. If your a DC boy, it's not gonna happen!!!!)
