He just shut a bunch of you up at least for one game.
28 pts, 5 stls and 4 assists. He directed the offense all night, as they beat Memphis with just 8 players.
Big night from Jamison and Hayes as well, but none bigger than dixon since he ran the offense all night.
Overall, what an effort from the team, great win!
Final Score 103-91
Jamison - 34
Hayes - 20

Alright Dixon is a talented player and I like him. But here's my problem with him, its not his skills.
Its his decisions down the stretch in games. He always tries to be the hero or do something late in the game and it usually is a poor decision. He did it a few times tonight though he did end up playing well down the stretch.
He always tries to be the hero and just jack shots up.
Maybe he's learned now.
Hayes is going to be a player.
Jared Jeffries is still horrible and I will stand by what I said the second we took him.......wasted pick.

Couldnt agree more about Jeffries, he has no offensive skills.
At least we re-signed him cheap since he can play defense, but other than that.. I agree, wasted pick.

Yeah he is going to be a pretty solid role player but you dont draft role players with lottery picks.
The only good thing MJ really did for this team was draft Dixon.
Other than that he ruined us and Grunfeld has done a great job rebuilding so far.

I wasn't a hater, just thought he needed a change in scenery. He's a hero in these parts due to his play in college and it does seem like he still thinks he's at U of M even though he's wearing a Wiz uni. As far as I am concerned, he can stay as long as he wants after that game.
What a game by the Wiz. Everyone that played in that game did everything they could to get that win. Nice coaching job by EJ as well.

Like a lot of these player, you have to give them some time.
Jefferies looks more comfortable now then I have seen him in the past. He made some good passes. Got some Rbs. Thats all we need from him right now. And he help with pressuer bringing the ball up. For his size, he has ball skills, and more importantly, he has speed and ball skills compared to the players that will be covering him. I bashed Jordan for playing him over Etan last year, but we need to ride it out with him. He still has time to prove what he can do.

Jeffries is still a bum, IMO. He's too slow to keep up with most SFs, and too small to defend most PF. He rebounded well last night, but I want to see more consistency before I change my opinion about him. I feel the same about consistency with Dixon and Profit as well.

Everybody loves Juan Dixon...He brought a national championship to MD and no one will ever forget that. My only problem with him is he is a little slight but he should grown into his frame soon. He definitely has a role on this team.

Juan Dixon will continue to surprise all doubters. The guy's got a lion's heart.
