I saw Kwame running full speed down the court to get back on defense a couple time last times.

Looks like he is getting into better game shape. This is encouraging. I think he was jumping a little better also. ( a little )
Ill be happy when I finally see him lift off and power dunk the ball or make an impressive leaping block.

They said he should be in total game shape around the end of January.
Looks like he may be ahead of schedule. I wonder if he will hit a wall regarding his progress. He looking about 60-70 percent to me. Every game he looks a little better.

What do youll think ?

I was not able to see the Phoenix game...I don't know if that was a good thing or not...but from what I have seen of Kwame so far is that he is a lot bigger than he was last year. He has not jumped as well as he can...I think that is due to 1. Him still not being 100% and 2. Favoring his injury, not feeling comfortable yet. I have seen him make a few good low post moves since he has been back and he has shown a little extended range on his jump shot. He has ran the floor well but EJ has not put him in for extended minutes which is the best way to get him into game shape....I want to see his tounge dragging the floor because he is so tired, but he has not played long enough for that to happen..he is barely working up a sweat.

I'm sure the coaches are running him ragged in practice.

I would hope so, but as many of us know that has played sports like basketball, when you have to go from 1st to 5th gear in the blink of an eye combined with jumping and moving side ways it's a different kind of endurance that combines them all.

Right, and then once you have done this, try walking to the FT line and making a shot. Its not quit as easy.

i would think kwame should be sprinting down the court.. with the money he's making, is this really that big of an accomplishemnt? to get him to run harder? what is with this kwame love fest

Not a love fest. Just noticing his progress after coming off and injury that had him missing the offseason, all of preseason and the start of this season because he had surgury.

Whats with your comment ? Did you not realize this ?

Can people be supportive of Kwames progress without having someone like you have to chime with the LOVE FEST comments?

I want to see the WIZ get better and antsy to see him at full strength.

i do want kwame to succeed. but after 3 years, the only noticeable improvements that i seen were he can somewhat hit a lil mid range jumper.. he still cant rebound worth a damn.. doesnt block too many shots.. runs lazily down the court.. doesnt seem to hustle.. i hate to say this but i gave up on his supposed "potential".. i havent seen any "fire" in him..

he has had couple games where he had good stats but... its ONCE in a blue moon.. it seems like people get impatient with him, then he'll give u that game where he scores like 30 and grabs 15 boards.. then everyones all over his nuts.. if he can be more consistent, i would try to be more supportive.. but he hasn't.[.

if kwame can avg 15 pts and 9 boards this season. i will apologiz for all this bashing and admit that im wrong.. but i highly doubt he can do that..
