the NBA break came at the right time for the Wizards, who were showing some definite signs of tiring losing their last 3 games including an utterly forgettable loss to New Orleans.
Jamison has logged a lot of minutes playing out of position at power forward and Arenas has tried to cover the lost points from the Hughes injury.
Getting Hughes back from injury is going to be huge for this team.
As will the return of a healthy and focused Kwame Brown.
this team's glaring weakness is defense and the return of Hughes and Brown are keys to improvements on defense, absent a trade before the NBA deadline.
Grunfeld has indicated he is loathe to make a trade at this point with the chemistry of the team being as good as it is.
That means Brown has to step up and show why the team should invest in an extended contract for him.
