Nice to hear Haywood calling out Chandler.

The Wizards have been playing physical games for the past few weeks, but Chicago's Tyson Chandler took the rough play to another level when he was ejected after he grabbed Haywood by throat, slammed him to the floor and appeared to kick Haywood in the midsection. "It was just a cheap shot," said Haywood, who was suspended three games after sparring with Bulls forward Antonio Davis in the preseason.

"It was a sucker move. The bottom line is, whenever we see each other in public, he never has anything to say then. Who's tough with a bunch of referees around? Nobody. It was a weak move," Haywood said. "If you go to the playoffs, you got to keep your head. Me and Tyson never got along, for someone reason he has some sort of vendetta against me. Maybe I'm dating one of his sisters or something, I don't know. Y'all can quote me, I don't care. What is he going to do to me?"

Chandler tried to play down any feud with Haywood, saying: "It's not as intense as it's made out to be. I'm not going to fight somebody that I watched one of my teammates chase out of the arena before he would turn around and fight him. So it's blown out of proportion."

Told of Chandler's comments a day later, Haywood said: "I'm not going to get into that. I'm not trying to give the league any more money, so they don't have to worry about me fighting anybody."

That was a weak comeback by Chandler.

Actually, I thought it was kinda funny. Haywood did backpedal all the way down the court before finally realizing nobody was stopping Antonio Davis and he would have to man up.

Yet, Chandler ain't no Antonio Davis, and I could definitely see Haywood punking his overrated ass.

That comeback was funny. Haywood is soft. Look at his resume, Davis, and Kwame. And he plays soft. Shoot fades against 6"5 players.

Actually I really wouldn't call Haywood soft anymore.....he has played a lot tougher this year...in the past I called him soft but definetly not now.....another year and he will be one tough cookie.....Chandler is a punk anyway...

I hate Chandler, and that's great Haywood called him out, but Chandler was right about Haywood. Haywood probably should've kept his mouth shut, because after he took that shot at Davis, he backpedalled faster than I've ever seen him run forward. However, Chandler is still a little b1tch and shouldn't get too pumped by what he said because Haywood didn't run from him. I hate the Bulls, mostly because of Chandler, and would love nothing more than to sweep them in the playoffs.

I liked what came out of Haywood mouth.

This is the kind of tough attitude we need more of.

This is a mans game. We have a bunch of soft players out there. You have to mix it up sometimes.

AJ and Jefferies arent going to rough anyone up.
Gil and Hughes are pretty tought but not overly though and they are guards.

Blake is little. So is Dixon.

D Brown is a bean poll.

Etan acts tough but would rather read poetry. Not thats theres anything wrong with that. He could do more.

Basically, we have Ruffin, Haywood and Kwame. Thats not a lot.
Kwame walks on egg shells because of his past and Ruffin doesnt say a word.

We arent the toughest of teams. We need to add some tough. Ramos will help and if Haywood is toughening up, great.

Ramos, are you kidding? We need these guys to get a little tougher with time.

 aint that the truth! EDIT tonio is a badass and used to scrap with people bigger than him all the time. i guess it took some guts try to sucker punch davic.

also if chandler grabbed him by the throat and thew him on the ground and kicked him. i don't know if i would have let all that go easily. we woulda been in his face at the least, not looking at the refs.
