Screw it. It's the playoffs. We've waited long enough for this so I'm starting this game thread early. Let's discuss this one. It'll be absolutely huge if the Wiz can steal game one. That would give our guys a huge confidence boost going into game two knowing at worst they'll be back at MCI with a split at worst. I kinda have a bad feeling that we're gonna get a slow start given the lack of playoff experience on the squad. I hope I'm wrong and we come out throwing "backbreakers" early and often. Attached is the rest of the schedule for this series.

What's up with Game 2 not being nationally televised? NBA schedulers still can't get it right. :doh: I may be able to see it on Comcast, but I'm not sure how that'll work out since I'm not in the area. :fingersx: I'm not going to get my hopes up, though. Good luck in the series.

I got my tix for the first 2 games in DC .......d@mm i cant wait....i will be double dipping next Saturday (Wiz/Bulls then Nats/Mets).

Its going to be glorious.

I honestly think and EXPECT us to win this series. I think we will be able to win one in Chicago which then shifts homecourt advantage to us with 3 of the final 5 games here in DC.

It's just too time consuming. I know some people don't understand retiring from a message board, but this place can truly be addicting... and of course the Redskins are a never ending circus. :doh: I wanted to give someone else a chance to do videos, starting with the draft, so the whole group doesn't have to miss out.

Does anyone think the feud of Brendan vs. Chandler/Davis spills over into the postseason? I'm afraid there's a decent chance something could happen considering the severity of the words exchanged. I'd hate it if one of the teams in the series ends up shorthanded. The last thing I want is for fans of either team to have excuses.

Personally, I don't think so. This series is too important to both franchises, I think they'll be able to contain themselves.

I don't have an extra ticket myself, but I believe there are still tickets left for games #1 and #2. I went up to the ticketmaster inside Hechts on Saturday, and I had little trouble getting my ticket besides having to wait on the idiots in front of me who each took 20 minutes to pick out what tickets they wanted for their respective events. Definitely give ticketmaster a try before you do stubhub or ebay.
