According to O'Reilly's definition it is. Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, Reconstructionist, Hasidic ... lot's of different religions.

Of course he said in that interview Judaism is a religion the who the hell knows. :)

What's also strange is that despite his very adamant insistence that he would be fine with a Happy Soltice sign on Cuomo's office door he consistently rails against Happy Holidays as a greeting. How could anyone turn on the tv or walk in a shopping district and honestly think that Christmas doesn't absolutely dominate America for a solid month and a half?
