Rubber Soul will always hold a special place in my heart. Of all the Beatles' work I was introduced to this first at a young age. I know a lot of people who don't know them beyond their pop "Love me do" stuff, but they really wrote a lot of good music.

Kimbra, I hated her debut album here in the U.S., but the Live at Sing Sing Studios videos are great. I kept track of her until her debut came out, and I was severely disappointed. It was way over produced and lost the magic of the songs. Anyways:

Stick with her live stuff, don't buy her album. I hope her follow up is a bit better. I know a lot of people have the same problems with her debut as I did. Actually, you have heard Kimbra if you have heard the Gotye song 'Somebody that I used to know.'Quote:
