Only been loosely watching the UNC game, but James McAdoo has been pretty invisible from what I've seen. I'm thinking this is going to be a bad class. #1 pick or bust type of year.
Re: The Official Washington Wizards Thread
27% FG in the first half! Consistency, thy name is Wizards.

He still uses an AOL email address. I think he is afraid of change. I know his AOL ties/past, but come on. I wouldn't hire an intern who uses an AOL email address. :ols:

I've just gotta say that I love Crawford. He's one of the few bright spots on this team. I really don't care if we win or lose, but Crawford plays with heart.

It'd be part of the plan and Ernie would be the architect of the rebuild.
Re: The Official Washington Wizards Thread
JC is going hard. Only decent thing about that half.
Beal again looks horrible. No touch around the basket and can't get separation from his man, even around screens. Sad.
Re: The Official Washington Wizards Thread
Ironically, free throws are responsible for keeping this game somewhat close.
Re: The Official Washington Wizards Thread
Only down 9 at the half. Moral Victory.
Re: The Official Washington Wizards Thread
When Beal's jumper isn't falling, he really has a problem driving to the basket. I figure he can work on that but he needs to get better at at least creating contact, but also getting some of those shots in the paint to go in.

Don't we all deserve a fifth chance?

Even a broke clock is right twice a day. If we keep giving him chances, eventually something's gotta work out right, right?
Re: The Official Washington Wizards Thread
wtf are those socks Shabazz is wearing?
Re: The Official Washington Wizards Thread
What channel is the Shabazz game on?
Never mind. UCLA Georgetown on ESPN 2.

Yes. In the same way that enough monkeys in a room of type writers for enough time will eventually come up with Shakespeare.

My GF is listening to the game and she noted that Dick Vitale sounds like Yogi Bear. How have I never noticed that before?

yeah, meanwhile the fans are left smelling the poo while we wait for "eventually" to happen.
