seriously i have not seen more of a bunch of loser posts on here on a while. this team has shown it doesnt give up. this isn't your redskins.

I'm a pessimist by nature and a broken sports fan.

I've essentially seen nothing but failure in sports during my lifetime.

I'm not suggesting they're going to give up, but I don't get my hopes up when it comes to my teams.

i have seen the exact same thing as you but its only sports. if i dont get my hopes up, why i am watching then?

I mean, I haven't TOTALLY given up, or else I'd turn the game off. And I never turn games off.

As for it being "only sports", I'll just have to disagree. I am not as emotional about sports as I used to be but sports still mean more to me than they really should...but it's not something I can change.

Dude, I'm the same age as you and in a very similar situation. I was alive for the last 2 Redskins Super Bowls but not old enough to remember them. I understand you frustration but chill. Yeah, today was a bad game but we got 2, possibly 3, home games coming up. There's no reason to get bent out of shape. The Nationals are more reliable than the Redskins haha. Plus, they win at home.

Nats park had better be ROCKING, because the team looks flat.

The game is sold out.....I doubt there'll be many no-shows at all, and those who try to sell their tix on Stubhub should find a lot of takers.

Reason this game is in the afternoon is of course because the league has to cater to the Yankees and have them on at night.
