He struggled a little when Oakland sent him to a higher level, but he's still only 20 years old. As you said, Rizzo must really like him.

Soriano still gives us a bunch of late round righties. Maybe we can send Clippard to the Twins and get Alex Meyer back, as long as we're in the re-aquiring business :ols:.

Sucks Morse is gone, but ya'll are right that he was the odd man out at this point. This team on paper does look better to me then last years squad, so it will be about consistent hitting, especially in the playoffs, to see how far this team is going to go. Front office is acting very aggressively, and that's what I want to see out of any sports team I root for. The Nationals want rings...
