I would love to have the equipment to watch multiple games to see the calls/non-calls to compare against the calls/non-calls in Skins games. But a few I saw today:
Alexander getting mugged/held by Miller on a sweep around his end. Miller had him stone cold where he couldn't move to his left to make the tackle.
The hold by the DB on Robinson on the TD pass. This was the one where Billick busted a nut saying how slick it was the DB made it look like an INT. But he failed to mention that the same DB was pulling/holding ARobinson's wrist while not looking back at the QB. Pass interference? I guess not...

That's true.

It goes without saying that Garcon will improve our ability to stretch the field as well, and perhaps getting Robinson involved...basically, we need someone, anyone, who is fast enough to get ahead of the ball and adjust if necessary. I'm not convinced that Hankerson or, God forbid, Paulsen are capable of catching the bullet train that is an RG3 bomb.

now imagine when a healthy garcon is there, those ones just out of reach or off finger tips will be catches... besides, on a deep ball like that its better to overthrow rather than underthrow

IMHO, there are three things that HC Shanny should do tomorrow:

1. Fire Defensive Coordinator. If you watch a team just run all over your team and make NO adjustments at halftime, then you deserve to be fired. I thought he should have been gone after the disaster on the long TD pass to Cruz last week (anyone who plays FF knows he's the deep threat and keep him in front of you). Today, he made NO adjustments at halftime and the Defense was a disaster all game long.

2. Bench at least one WR - bring in one from 5 man taxi squad. I don't care who, but these guys need to know that dropping balls like that has consequences. The replacement player count NOT play worse than those guys. At least, hopefully this sends a message and the rest of the WRs concentrate more this week.

3. Hall needs to be benched for next week's game, and get out in front of league on this one. First, he really is a disaster on the field, but now he has become an embarrassment as well. Stand up for the Burgundy and Gold and make a statement.

Can someone fill me in on the play that caused DHall to verbally abuse the ref? What was he upset about? I didn't get to see the last 4 min of the game.

He got in a fight with some Steelers receiver and the ref got in the middle of it, so he started screaming at him about how chippy the Steelers were without ever being penalized. But I could be wrong, because I'm not even sure DHall knew what he was bitching about:

More to it than that. The Steelers player literally suplexed Hall after the play was over. Hall shouldn't have lost it, but there should've been a penalty on PIT as well.

I seriously feel like crying. I see no way this team will ever be good. I even saw RGIII for the first time look exacerbated.

I hate this D and am pessimistic right now about next year being a lot better (overall---not offense)

Shanahan needs to be fired. This "team" he has put on the field, and the coaching staff he has put in place. It is DISGRACEFUL. I am embarassed to watch this team. Can't go 1 yard for a TD. Can't stop a 99 yard drive. AGAINST THE 1-6 FREAKING PANTHERS?!?!?!?! FIRE THIS JERK!

Worst defense in the league by far. Josh Wilson is god awful

This defense will give up at least 500 yards during the bye week... first time ever in NFL history.
