Re: Android 4.2 Key Lime Pie Thread
I got the 4.1.2 OTA update not too long ago for my xoom. (the OTA updates are a huge plus!)
I too can sense a more smooth "flow" with it. Other than that, not too different so far.

they did some different things with the camera, notifications, and some other cosmetic things but the biggest difference is how smooth everything runs on it

KF HD or regular KF????
I'm shopping for a 7" tablet. Is rooting the KF as buggy as jailbreaking the Iphone?

Regular KF. I haven't noticed any crazy bugs with rooting it.
But if you're looking for a tablet, might as well get the Nexus 7. Then you don't need to worry about rooting it and its the same price as the KF.

True, now I just have to figure out how to get back to Gingerbread from a ICS leak so I can get the OTA update. I'll probably brick my phone in the process :)

I think with the last Verizon Galaxy Nexus, Google and Verizon dropped the ball as the phone had a lot of drama. Overall I don't think carriers/Verizon want phones with no bloatware which is why you are seeing this LG Nexus, which will probably be sold through the Google Play store only.
I am rocking a Motorola Razr HD and I couldn't be happier. Point is I am not impressed with this Nexus 4 device, at all.

Wow, just read the rumored specs. To have no LTE is absurdly pathetic. And that would be a step back but as we know, you never know until it's announced regarding hardware. I don't see how, in 2012 you release a top line smartphone with no LTE. The only good thing is my Galaxy Nexus would then still be the best Nexus device available and I won't jhave to feel bad that it's time at the top is over.
