They are probably largely intact(as far as the valve/pipe system),just a ways away from their original location....the flex pipe link probably will be more of a challenge

"We thought something like this was not just an accident," said Doug Aldridge, who heads the neighborhood Crime Watch.

Rather circumstantial, and there are easier ways....it would be interesting to know if they made a habit of boarding the cat though

I'm pretty certain that most of these homes have the same floor plans. Pull a comparable and it's floor plans. Go to the epicenter and voila, you can pinpoint which appliance it was and this is exactly what I believe they have done.

Marion County prosecutor Terry Curry says Monserrate Shirley and the others were arrested Friday morning and charged with felony murder.
Shirley's attorney has said she and her boyfriend were away at a southern Indiana casino when the explosion happened Nov. 10 in the Richmond Hill subdivision on the city's far south side.
Authorities have said they believed the explosion was intentional and caused by natural gas.
