I think its hilarious how many were vehemently against Babble.

I for one am glad to hear we put in a claim, at least trying to address an obvious issue. We sorely need pressure generated up front, someone to help free up Kerrigan. Bad apple was the prime concern it seems. I kept calm knowing Shanahan can handle a bad locker room apple for 5 games, without even trying.

Instead, Haslet will just keep bringing 5 very often, like he has been doing.

One sack and he'd have been an instant hero.

Again, Rolando McClain remains on the Raiders 53-man roster. He can't be waived until Thursday, at the earliest.

Apparently we liked Babin enough to put in a claim. While I don't like his attitude, I suppose they figured they could suffer him for 5 games if it helped us. Still we didn't get him, so it doesn't matter either way.

Kehl is a good pickup, but if McClain is loosed by the Raiders we need to be all over that. Guy is incredibly talented, and only 23. Maybe not a perfect fit, and maybe has some trouble with the law, but with Fletcher aging and Robinson injured, a guy like McClain, who in 2.5 years has almost 250 tackles, you've got to make a run at him. Babin, because of his age I could see no, but McClain is too young to ignore. My biggest concern on him would be his contract, he's had a 5 year 40M contract, so he's probably owed some 3M left for this year, and possibly 8M next year.

McClain has not officially been released. He can't be until Thursday from what I understand. Seems like it'll happen but nothing official yet.

WTF happened to him, I don't remember him being lazy or stupid at Alabama. Maybe he just needs a change, I hope we make a play for him.
