    Default Nats/Phillies Thread

    A little late, but better than never.

    Can you believe the way the Nats are hitting? 4 HR's tonight, and they're winning 6-2 in the bottom of the 8th. I think it's safe to say the batting slump is over

    We should at least split the series but I like our chances of being able to win at least 3 of 4. We have better pitching and defense and our bats seem to have come alive away from hitter hell RFK.

    i don't want to jinx us but we're on a 4 game winning streak... hope we can keep it up... be nice to see atleast one DC team in the playoffs this year...

    Booma-Drese pitches tonight.

    Also, everyone make sure to tune in Friday night: Patterson vs. Pedro from Shea. Should be a good one.

    The best sign I am seeing from the past few days is the chemistry coming back. After the flair up in the team meeting a few weeks ago, I was worried. But it looks like Wilkerson is getting along ok with Guillen and Vidro. I saw him gesture positively to both in recent days. And EVERYONE is starting to hit now. Even Preston hit two last night....

    Nats lose 4-3 tonight to Philly.

    We ****ed up by not cashing in that runner on 3rd with 1 out in the top of the 7th.
