Default We won the most important preseason game

#3. That is the biggest preseason game. AND it came against such an amazing defense and team. Please also don't forget, we SHOULD have won 17-3! Against a 15-1 team last year!

I do not want to hear any b!tching and moaning. At all. Period. We OWNED them. Without Gibbs giving up what he will REALLY do once the season starts. Try to refute it.

I will hang up and listen to your answers. Good luck, naysayers.

This win goes a long way in the confidence department.

Hopefully we will gain some respect throughout the league, especially in the NFC east.

Didn't we outplay Baltimore last year in the third game? I felt really good that night as well.

I think they are building somthing this year though.

    HAIL!

The only reason I clicked on this thread is because of the title...

    WE WON!

    Enough said.

Keep one thing in mind....I have to too because I'm giddy over last night also. In 2002, forget Osaka, in the next to last preseason game, the one "that counts" like last night, Spurrier's Skins dominated the Bucs in Tampa.

That game was not a 1st vs 2nd string deal like Osaka, the Skins dominated the game almost from the start, so we need to be cautious about this game......but it sure does feel good to have our team look so good on national TV.

The haters in the national media must have been sitting there in shock as they watched the game.

I'm happy with the win and the team played great, minus the INT and some penalties.. But we're not going to get any respect till we win regular season games. Period. And even then we're not going to get any respect till we beat teams like Philly and San Diego and the other "top tier" teams.

Best showing by the skins since the Minnosota game last year. preason games are indications of how a team is gonna be in the reg season,in last years preseason games skins had a very strong defense and an unproductive offense, this carried over to the regular season. this week and last weeks offense has been way better than the 04 preseason and the defense is still solid,Im becoming more optimistic about ou r upcoming season
