    "** Redskins QB Patrick Ramsey has quietly matured over the preseason, showing us something better in his game each week. The footwork is nice, he’s not patting the football and he’s drilled both Santana Moss and David Patten on some crosses & seam patterns. He also flipped a nice touch pass to TE Chris Cooley in the end zone vs. Pittsburgh. Ramsey ranks 2nd in the NFL preseason with a bulky 14.1 yards per completion (McNabb is #1 at 14.6) which proves that he's sticking some throws. The offensive line looks solid and Clinton Portis ran like he was shot out of a cannon the other night. Ramsey is a dark horse backup QB in 10- or 12-team fantasy leagues."
