Look at the Dan Snyder Chat from a couple weeks back. Notice the questions about the replays.

I don't know about you, but it appeared to me that after every play (not just the important or Skins plays) Every Play was shown back to the crowd on the replay.

He said it would be fixed and hence it was.

Also, LOTS AND LOTS of PORTA Johns. At least from what I saw.

Purhaps, we are making a difference.

Now if they could just do away w/that annoying radio guy who stands on the field pre-game and tries to get everyone all fired up and bellows his lungs out saying ok Redskins fans do this, say this.....yawn.

Chris Paul does the same thing at Wizards games. It's annoying. If you don't know how to cheer then you shouldn't come to the game in the first place.

This is one of the main reasons I think Dan Snyder will end up being one of the great owners in NFL history. Lets face it, the guy is young and when he purchased the team he wanted to turn it into a super bowl winner every year. He tried what he had done his whole life and ran the team like a business paying for top notch players and coaches. When he realized that did not work he went out and got the best coach the Skins have ever had and turned the team over to Gibbs for the most part. The guy cares about the skins and bleeds burgandy and gold like the rest of us. Can you imagine if you had the chance to own the redskins? I know I would want to put in my .02 on ever decisions and I can't blame Snyder for trying that.

That being said, look at what he is doing now. You think its an accident that Gibbs is back and Snyder is listening to him AND the fans? How many of you think that Gibbs told Snyder some stories about what it was like to coach in RFK with the stadium rocking, the fans cheering, seat cushions being thrown, and more points on the scoreboard for us then the Cowboys. You think Snyder wants to see that? To be the owner when that starts to happen more often then not? He is listening to the fans now. Evident by the fixing of the toilet in the parking lot problem, the fact that tickets are being sold back to the skins fans if the other team does not fill them (how many times in the past seasons have you gotten this email), and now we hear that replay's are being shown instead of add's AND Skins trivia on the jumbotron!!

As a diehard fan I have always thought we had some of the best TRUE fans and I have no problem welcoming on the 100's that are joining up daily now. It's awesome to see this team start to turn the corner, and although I think we still have a ways to go to get ourselves back to '91 with the amazing O we had that year, I can't see us that far off from a playoff spot and some REAL home field advantage.

I couldn't agree with you more about "that annoying radio guy". Dan Snyder must be in the elevator on his way up to his box not to notice how bad that guy is. Maybe if enough of us post about about this we'll get him out of there. I don't like travelling 300 miles to every game to hear him. More cheerleaders, less useless banter!

Annoying Radio Banter Guy = Rob Speiwak(sp?) from the Don and Mike Show.

He's as annoying on the radio as he is at the game, though he does have a sardonic wit about him on the show itself.

Yeah, although I have not always agreed with Snyder's decisions, his dedication to the team has NEVER been questioned. Not to mention, he doubled revenues in about 6 years of owning the team which is almost unheard of. He is a smart business man.

They could move the ads to the corners where the out of town scoreboards USED to be.....or, when replays are running, show the ads on the video screens.

the adds are actually bigger than the screen? and that cheesy LED with the 1982 DE-FENSE characters is borderline embarassing.

One other thing that would be a great addition to FedEx Field is implementing a high speed wireless network. This way, those of us that have Pocket PCs could surf around for stats of the game as well as scores from other games (I know they scroll through the scores on the small screens above the club level on the 50 yd line). I would also be able to check the status of my online office football pool.

I would love Snyder if he did not do things to the fans like at the last minute change all the parking around so that people with green parking passes who have been season tix holders for many years have to find a new place to tailgate with no notice. If you are going to re arrange parking to give the highest paying fans a better spot while screwing the green lot fans you might want to at least give the fans a little notice instead of doing it in the middle of the season with out even sending out a letter. This guy is a turd in my book and I look forward to the day when he sells the team.
