a) I legitimately wasn't being a smartass even if the answer was obvious and the question was intended to be rhetorical.

b) I did not have knowledge that you pay for 12 mbps service and that you were having legitimate issues.

c) I honestly just thought you were mad that you only had 1.5 mbps service and that you were semi-joking.

d) Take a chill pill.
