How do you modernists text nowadays

Was in Dulles Christmas day riding the shuttle and I noticed all these modernists using they gadgets. How do you text, with the keyboard built it, or with a digital keyboard? Or do you still press a number repeatedly to text? That's how my old Razr crap texts. Got to press numbers repeatedly to get the proper letter.

If I ever get a "Smart Phone" I want one that has the keyboard, either digital or built-in like the Blackberry

How do you all roll

My android has Swype technology, where I drag my finger to the letter I want and construct the word without lifting it, and it is pretty good at figuring out the word I want (About 90-95% accuracy)... I can text without looking at my phone and be relatively certain it's correct.

The thing is there are so many gadgets like the Galaxy Tab and the Droid and iPhone and the Blackberry that I don't know how to pick the right one. Plus the whole lack of knowledge with gadgets thing.

Good thing about those older phones is they made you text less, and text shorter, cause it took 2 minutes to write a 4-word message. People go ****ing crazy now. I have a friend who often will send me 3 or 4 rapid-fire texts before I can even respond to the first one.

I have an iPhone now, which has a touch screen keyboard. I had a BB before that had the Qwerty Keyboard. I have to say I loved that. Not as big of a fan of the touch screen keyboard. Overall all the iPhone is better, but I miss the BB keyboard.
