That is what I would expect of an efficient practice, especially since having Fed BCBS, it is the most common insurance in this area. What's more, with a condition like MS, we all know I will be back at the doctor's office. I said I wouldn't mind if they estimated my bill because I'll be back. I just laughed because the healthcare savings account said the $2 was too low an amount to refund so they were just going to add it to my next refund amount. Time was, people actually had relationships with frequent customers and frequent service providers which allowed them to keep running accounts so long as the balances were low in either direction.
I just find it a shame to lose the benefits to all sides of transactions being more than entries on an accounting ledger.[COLOR="Gold"]
