Spontaneous "date" of the day yesterday with my fiance' was heading out to Grover Hot Springs. Spent nearly 2 hours soaking there last night. Tough part is walking out in those low temps after being in that hot water that long. Especially walking across the cold ground.

I think telling my bosses "I have two things in my pocket right now: a timecard saying I worked 47.18 hours last week and a paycheck saying I worked 77.98 hours with 0 overtime, therefore I believe that I should not work for your establishment anymore" is enough to constitute "Informing your superiors" I'm waiting (spitefully) that my next paycheck is also incorrect so that I have legal grounds to pursue this further.

One of the closest people in my life the last twenty years went missing after walking within two blocks of her house Saturday morning. She wasn't drunk, had no enemies. I'm thinking of going home tomorrow and finding her.

I've been in tears for days Dave, thank you. I've been offered too many plane tickets to say no. I have to go back. My sister asked me not to, because I'm always the rock and she know I can't be right now. I don't know how I'll be tomorrow, but I need to get off the ground and stop crying. I'm going to go home and do whatever is necessary to find my friend. The main idea right now is she ended up in a house with some of the local Mexican guys and they won't let her leave. If that's the case, I'll bring hell and find my friend.

Yeah, I thought it may have been significant enough to start a new thread, but didn't wanna get "NNT'd" for some reason or have some jerk quote me saying something like "this type of thread has already been done 10 times."

I just followed the Redskins bar here in Denver on facebook, and apparently that place is PACKED with Skins fans every sunday!
