Won't start on OD against a lefty though.
That's great! I was really pulling for him to make it. I didn't see any of our other outfielders on the final cuts list. Are we keeping them all?
Oh wow. I go to Florida for the weekend and come home to this. great. any word on his position? Hoping my RF predictions come true, would love him there, or do you think Jay Gibbons will push him to left? I'm guessing thats the most likely scenario right now.

They basicly told Gibbons that RF was his a long time ago, so I don't think that they will be sending him there, likely he will be in CF, giving Millar a spot in the lineup along with Conine and Lopez, they seem to want the 3 of them in the lineup as often as possible and neither of them is gonna play CF.
his first hit is a HR, what a perfect start
yeah, he seems to be doing well, he draws a lot of walks but I think he needs to swing the bat more, he keeps taking good pitches along with the bad ones.
I am glad Nick made the O's.
I work for the Frederick Keys and watched Markakis most of last year, and I knew, if given a chance, he would make it to the Majors.
He was awesome in the All-Star game last year between the Carolina vs Californa League game.
He was not suppose to be in the Home Run Derby, but a fellow team mate could not participate, so he had Markakis take his place.
Markakis won the Home Run Derby.
Then, he had 2 home runs in the game and won MVP.
Markakis is going to be a great player for the O's.
