Default Talk about jumping the gun........

Sure, the Eagles had a great game plan and the Giants were not ready for anything the Eagles did in the first half. They dominated the Giants, no doubt about it. But, second half adjustments and even a fourth quarter adjustment on what the Giants were doing on offense showed that the Eagles are not as good as the first half and the Giants aren't close to being that bad. A lot of talking here how the Giants are overrated and the Eagles are world beaters. That was a bit premature. This can only give the Giants confidence for the rest of the season. This is one of the best wins I can remember the Giants having.

That was pretty much to the Eagle fans here since I can't get on their board right now because if you think that link by the Eagle fan to the Giant board was bad, you should try to even get on theirs now.

To the Redskin fans, good luck tonight.

There are a lot of things to talk about from this game. But it all doesn't matter in the end. The Eagles let the Giants come back. It was unbelivable. Welcome to Philly. Choke City.

You guys got crazy lucky. Good game but damn did lady luck spread some love among the blue men today. Whenever you need a missed field and an amazing forward fumble to be in a game, luck played a major role.

I will say this though - Giants O stepped up in the end and took what luck gave them and turned it into a win.

they didnt put the dagger in the heart when they had the chance. grats to the giants for hanging around and stealing a victory. with their schedule this was desperation time for them and they pulled it out. so, kudos to them, we'll see them in ny.

Tom, I have to admit I thought the Giants were dead.......this come-from-behind win with their brutal schedule ahead was just huge!!

My mother lives in the Philly area and said that Howard Eskin, drive-time host on WIP, was making snide remarks last week, saying that the only thing Eli has in common with Peyton was the last name. Maybe you should give Mr. Eskin a call........I'm sure he'll be eating plenty of crow this week!

    Congrats, Tom.

You'll be able to savor this victory, once your heart slows down.

    Giants are still overrated, though.

Eli still has not proven that he can take his team to the next level. Time will tell.

Great win, and helpful to the rest of the East since the Eagles play a bunch of highschool teams for a while. This game is a reminder to Eagles fans that this isnt the East they are use to. Philly 0-7 in the east!

    Y'know,
when the game went to 1/2 time I thought to myself......The Giants played almost as bad as a team can and yet they are still in this game. Yet, after 35 minutes by the Eagles the Giants came back, executed, got some bounces and won. The Eagles got over-confident and didn't close.....can't do that to any NFL team (especially a divison rival).
