Nope. He already said there's no QB change. Gibbs will stick with Brunell FOREVER. Get used to him.
No.
The season isn't officially lost yet (no matter how much it seems otherwise) and I doubt Gibbs has kept him on the bench for so long only to throw him to the wolves in an away game against one of the best teams in the league.
Even if MB was injured he'd likely start Collins instead.
The only way Campbell will start is if he wants to play Cornerback, he couldn't be any worse.
Our offense was not the problem today, we shouldn't have even have been in a situation where we needed to score to win the game, that game should have been over at 14-3
I say we give Mark one last shot. If he sucks against the Colts we have 2 whole weeks to gt Campbell ready.
Any chance this is the last thread about this. I mean there are only 500 more. Blame the defense for blowing this one.
I like Mark but he doesn't deserve another week. He missed Santana several times today and didn't throw it to wide open players during the game (I was there I saw it).Originally Posted by terpfan
Im sorry but this team needs ALOT of help if they even want to think about the playoffs. Tampa Bay, NO, and all our NFC East games are not going to be cake walks. I cannot even think of a game where we will be favored to win SO why not put in Campbell and hopefully give this team someone to rally behind because lately besides the talk it isnt Mark Brunell.

Changing qb will only setback offense further.
What we need is to get ahead and let Campbell get some time.
Should have happened at Houston but didn't.

Listen, Brunell is our starter for at least another week. If the results are the same and we limp out of Indy at 2-5, I just don't know how Gibbs can keep Campbell on the bench. 2 weeks to prepare for a home game is a lot of time and probably the best situation for Campbell. Brunell in Indy is written in stone. Put it to bed and wait and see what happens.
For those of you who REALLY want Campbell, here's what you need to happen. You need the running game to be working like a well oiled machine. You need the defense to play it's first complete game. You need the special teams to play mistake free. Finally, you need all that to happen and for Brunell to play miserably and for us to lose. Those are the circumstances that would most likely result in serious Campbell talk to come out of the coaching staff and FO.
Personally, I want to win more. But, if we do lose, I hope it goes down like that.
