Just had a gigantic jump for Allen if I'm reading that Virginia site correctly.

Yes a bunch of the smaller counties results just came in. Allens hopes rest on Richmond City (67% reported) and Loudon (50%)althought the later seems to be splitting evenly.

Loudon county is about all that remains to be counted and it is splitting almost 50-50. I think Webb is done.
