Default I Will Miss You #8

Will this help the team? most likely yes! Is the season most likely over and its best to give the young guy some reps? most likely yes!

but....Mark will always have a special place in my redskins heart....why? lets see....last year? 4th quarter...in Dallas? Ye see....no matter how bad he plays he'll always be a true redskins cuz of that. Am i disapointed in Mark? Yes and no! No because he cant controll age...Yes because when he was asked if the season is over should Campbell get the start....he said NO! I mean that was very selfish IMO. But hopefuly Campbell can stepup and we dont get any more serouis injurys and can do something next season. But i really feel we need to focus more on the Oline and the DB's instead of the QB's.....

but anyway...if you every read this...thanks Mark....for everything....

Yes Mark, thanks for the memories of the two yard passes, the throws off the back foot, and the smirk on your face after a loss. thanks for the 14-19 record. Thanks for whatever you do in bed to Gibbs that made him stick with you while you continued to bite the big one. Thanks for having at most 4 good games in 2.5 years.

Hey ntoro, here is someone who feels sorry for Brunnell or is apathetic in some small way.

This thread sucks! Anyone who misses boonell has clearly been brainwashed by Joe Gibbs' press conferences.

Yeah, you're right, what does Gibbs know, anyway? He must really suck as a coach for trying to brainwash everyone in his press conferences...

    (sarcasm off)

I'll miss him about as much as I miss Deion and Bruce Smith.

Yes, let's just forget that Mark Brunell did help us have the best season we've had in a long time. I mean, those two long touchdown passes to Moss against Dallas? What a fluke. having over 300 yards of offense against the Broncos? Luck. Being a primarily mistake-free quarterback who was perfect for a team with a strong defense? He was just in the right place at the right time.

    Goodbye, Bubba. RIP.

Don't miss him too much....he's still here. Unless JC's leash is MUCH longer than Ramsey's was....he'll be back.....

Mark should have been gone the beginning of the season. Look at Charges they let Brees go to play Rivers and they are having a great year. It took us to long to realize Brunell is wash up it's called old age.

I won't miss him so much for the dump offs and throw aways, as much the absolutely flat, emotionless, apathetic, listless, boring, non-chalant, non-competitive, ke sera, sera, uninspiring, smug, non-urgent, "hopefully we'll be better next time", pathetic, "what? me care?" attitude.

BTW, anybody catch the part of the phone interview where Campbell mentioned how much more closely he'd be watching the Monday night game to "gain insight" on Tampa?

What? Why wouldn't he just wait to see the game films where you can get SO MUCH more information?

    Because he gives a ****, that's why.
