What are you doing for Thanksgiving?

I am leaving for New Hampshire today and supposed to be back Saturday so i can make the game. Going to my wife see my wifes family. On Friday they go into Boston and get loads of Italian food from a place that is just awesome. Thursday is normal turkey day.

Thursday I am going to pez's parent's house for dinner.

My parents will be driving up that same day where we can go shopping on Friday and do a dinner and to the game on Sunday!

The wife's family is coming over and we are frying up 2 turkeys. One for us and another one for our neighbor.

Man...I am glad I saw your post. I had not checked the weather until I read this. They are calling for 28 mph winds and rain on Thursday....oh ****!

Awwww....Crap! I'll have to keep a careful eye on the weather....I may have to set up the canopy, winds nothwithstanding, and grill that bad boy....I was really, really looking forward to frying it though....

Weds night after work I'll be heading from CT to Mom's house in Lancaster, PA. That means heading through NY traffic on the most travelled day of the year

....so I'll arrive early Thursday AM...sleep until they tell me dinner is ready. Then plop my ass on the recliner and watch 3 NFL football games.

Going to the in-laws for the long weekend...my father-in-law and I get along great...he's a loud-mouthed know-it-all just like me!

Going up to my father's for Thanksgiving along with some of my other family. Feasting and football, what else could you want? Then Black Friday shopping with my sister, and a Happy After Thanksgiving Madden 07 tourney with about 7 or 8 of my other friends where we will try and put a dent in leftovers and have a good time.

I'm going to spend the holiday in Virginia with my awesome boyfriend and his wonderful family.

(then Saturday we'll be in New Jersey for my best college friend's wedding, and at the Panthers' game Sunday!)

Going to sleep in, drive to my parents in Sterling around noon. Watch football with my uncles until about 10 minutes after they call everyone for dinner (so i can skip my aunt who is going do say a 5 minute prayer while everyone waits to eat), then head to Kirkpatricks in Ashburn and drink some beers.

Staying at home as most years, 18 lb Turkey, mother in law coming over, it's all good!!! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and this year was even better, cause like Blondie, I have the week off except for a few hours tomorrow to replace my desk and organize my tool boxes.

Favorite because it's usually Good family, good food, good beer, good football and to top it all off........................No gifts to bye .........just the gift of Thanks and togetherness.
