mp4 to mp3 converter

Question for the masses......

I used to use allofmp3 but after finding out some things about them I decided to move on.....

My wife downloaded 21 songs off of Itunes but they are all mp4 and can't be played with Media player.......only ITUNES

This is fine if I wanna use my I'pizzle but I wanna play them in WMA & use them on my phone which is only mp3 or wma....

If there a free converter that I could use to switch these over real quick?

THe first one of the lift on freedownloads.com coverts only 50% of each file selected

Also does anyone know a website where I can choose which format rather than just forcing me into mp4?

I'd look at using QTFairUse and Hymm.

Just did a couple Google searches... perhaps searching a bit more you'll find what you are looking for.

I'm not looking to remove the W.P. from the Itunes files, simply get them down from mp4 to a playable format on M.P.

I've already tried 3 different programs and they either want me to buy it or they encode only half the file. I just need one to work.
