Default Poll-Go on record as to who you want to draft.

With the draft less then two weeks away I would like to see which player most 'skins fans prefer to be drafted. There are too many scenarios when it comes to trade downs, trades etc. and I'd rather just stick to player preference.

I'm in the Okoye camp because the more I read, hear and see about this kid I truly belive that he will be an outstanding player in this league. He has so many intangibles and very few weaknesses. His work ethic is second to none due to his background and he has the talent and skill level to match that work ethic.

Here is a compelling article about Okoye for those that haven't seen it.

I really want us to draft Okoye, Branch, or Landry. We need D-line help bad, but i wouldnt be upset if we drafted Landry. If we use the #6 pick on an offensive player i will prolly scream and cry.

I think Landry is the most "can't miss".....and at 6 that's what we need.

I would be happy with Adams, Okoye, or Landry ... in that order. I would be very happy with trading back and still landing Okoye or Landry and getting a second or third and drafting a G or DE/DT.

Yea I feel the same way with the Landry situation, it wouldnt be the worst pick, but i feel we can do better. My order of preference right now is:
    1. Okoye
    2. Branch
    3. Carriker
    4. Landry
    5. Adams
    6. Anderson

I'd like to see them draft Adam Carriker.

Trade down a few slots and draft Okoye. If we can't find a suitable trade and have to stay at #6, I'd prefer Landry.

You should do more research. It is well-documented that CJ is the only can't miss player in this draft.

It seems like Gibbs is not as unsure of the DL as everyone else is.
Either Anderson or Okoye. I'd be happy with either one. Although I think that Anderson is a better match for our team, as that Okoye is more of a 1 gap DT. Landry wont have the impact many feel he would, because he'll be dealing with QB's having all the time in the world to throw, and will look like the rest of the safeties we had last year. And if we go Offence, I'll get ready for another 5-11 season. Cuz that is what we'll have.

My preference: Trade down, but if we can't Laron Landry. If we can make a really good deal in a trade with Detroit, then Calvin Johnson as my least favorite option.

    I chose other.

I want Alan Branch, but I would like to trade down a few spots, then draft him.

Yeah, whatever. There is no such think as a can't miss player. See Ryan Leaf, Tony Mandrich, Charles Rogers, ect, ad nuseum........

Yeah maybe he is, but I meant that at 6..Landry looks like the most solid "safe" choice that would provide an immediate upgrade to the team.

I think CJ is ok, but not as dominating as people want him to be, and either way he certainely won't be there at 6.

Alan Branch, preferably in a trade-down scenario, which is increasingly likely given his falling stock.

If this based on us not being able to move back my draft board would look like this

    1. Laron Landry - Man can you imagine 2 ballhawks at safety, oh the possibilities. Id be ordering a Landry jersey that Monday.

    2. Gaines Adams - This pick would address our biggest weakness, in a need over want kind of pick. What if Adams turns out to be a beast, he would look pretty damn good in burgundy and gold.

    3. Amobi Okoye - I put him ahead of Branch based on potential and the possibility of having a long term d-linemen. I just wish he was a little bigger

Id like to see us drop back until we have 10 total picks so we can add young quality depth at multiple areas, not just one stud. I think we could use an influx of young talent behind older veterans on tailend of their respective careers

Thanks to SkinzFan007 for the sig
    Hail to the Redskins
