I'm doing up a whole house: New kitchen, bathroom (without changing cupboards) and the rest of the house needs decorating. The house was empty for about 4 years and empty on and off for nearly 10 years...and it was never modernised.

So far it's had a new central heating with a condensing bioler installed last year...I've nearly finished the bathroom. Kitchen next.
