The more I look at the offense and its problems, I seem to remember rightly or wrongly, me and my family always used to complain about Joe Gibbs and his offense. I remember in 1991 we used to complain that we played to many close games at the end of the season and that the skins started to get conservative especially in the first lose to Dallas that year. Is it possible that his "staff" had a bigger role in his success and maybe they were the ones who made the offense open up when it did. Also, I remember year after year we would go into a game against a lesser opponent and they would somehow step up and play their best game against us. Does anyone remember having these same complaints about them back then.
