Before I get to the Jets-Redskins game, I want to mention all the people who came very close picking the Patriots game. These are all the predictions that won both the pointspread of 16.5 and the over/under of 48. I predicted 31-10. That won the pointspread, but lost the over/under.

Nice Nationals reference. Recently, I have become more of a Nationals fan than a Redskins fan.
The Nationals are buiding MLB team in all the right ways. For one thing, the owners realize they know nothing about MLB and give all the power to proven professionals: Stan Kasten and Jim Bowden who hire Manny Acta as the manager.
The team was predicted to lose 120 games in 2007. They finished 73-89. They did not finish last in their division and did better than the Baltimore Orioles.
