Smile Making Noise Vs The Dreaded Eagles

I will be at FedEx on Sunday. As usual, I will instruct my section on the 'ol put pennies in your aluminium bottle trick and I will be attempting to get the fans behind me on thier feet and loud.

If every member of this board with tickets makes a commitment to not only return hoarse, but to actively rile up thier section, the iggles will fold faster than superman on washday.

I am tired of 100,000 people making less noise than 53,000. i realize that RFK was shaped in such a way to make the Budweiser corner loud, but you cannot tell me that 100,000 rabid skins fans shouldent be the most feared crowd in the NFL.

So put aside inhibitions, painful sinuses, headaches and throats. Keep your promises and MAKE A @#$%LOAD OF NOISE.

After we win and Donovan complains about crowd noise on ESPN, then we may rest.

    Thanking you in advance......timmy.

    I hear ya man......

Be warned, there will be people on the site that accuses you of being a cheerleader and a homer for what you just posted.
    **** them I say!!!!!

I'll be there doing my part.....now if anybody else shows the hell up, I have no clue.

God forbid I upset all the drunken people who like to sit on their goddamned hands and do nothing at FedEx.

I agree, I can't be at the game but I always pay attention to how loud FedEx is on the TV when I'm not there.

Don't be a drunken idiot at the game either, be LOUD and represent Redskins fans.
“Hey, about an hour ago, all right, their [defensive] coordinator [Juan Castillo] told us, told [offensive line coach Chris] Foerster, that [if] the Giants would have lost last week, they were in the playoffs,” Kyle Shanahan said. “He didn’t mention that they had to beat us today. **** him, **** these guys. In 2012 the Redskins are gonna be the NFC East champions, and that starts right ****ing today.”

    - Kyle Shanahan

i agree completely. The problem with that is, not everyone there is a rabid skin fan, a lot of people get tickets through work and don't even like the skins, they just go for the hell of it. More then 3/4s the people their don't get loud on 3rd down, not to mention any other down. Then of course their will be eagles fans there to take away from the home field advantage. In theory you would think we would be the loudest stadium in the nfl, unfortuantly we're not.

Although I don't ever post, I go to other teams' boards when they're getting ready to play us just to see what their fans are saying. The Eagle board I view is www.igglephans.com, and I've seen nothing that indicates a lot of them are coming down here. Certainly there'll be a few, but normally there'll be a thread titled "who's going to DC" or something like that. (Similar to what we see here on extremeskins for road trips.) Their fans are all pi$$ed at the team, so they probably are thinking twice about going to the Linc to see the Eagles play much less go somewhere else. Unfortunately my section always has a lot of visiting fans because they're obstructed view seats, and some of them are sent to the visiting team. If there's a large Philly presence this weekend we all need to support each other. By that, I mean that when they start their "fly Eagles fly" song, everyone needs to do something to drown it out...boo or something. GO SKINS!!!

Pennies in a can help preserve your voice and make a racket near you, but the sound really doesn't carry that far. Kill the throats!

The other problem is, less than 1% of the stadium crowd will read this thread.

Anyways, I'll be hoarse until Thursday. Always am.
