Has there ever been a more boring movie that this? If you plan on seeing this, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! For the most part, the movie was about a man and his dog driving around NYC with little dialogue. Did they ever explain what lions were doing running free in NYC? This movie served no purpose what so ever.

This was the worst movie I have ever paid to see, even worse than The Bridge to Therabithia.

I thought it was pretty good. It's based on the same book that Charlton Heston based Omega Man on. It's a classic. I thought the movie was well done. I even liked the computer generated zombi/vampire/creatures over the black cloaked Charlton Heston foes.

All and all I give it a thumbs up.

Anyways, Will Smith's performance is worth the price of admission alone. I enjoyed it alot.

Haven't seen the movie yet - but the short story focuses a lot on isolation and sexual hunger. I suspect neither of these are in the film.

I hate it usually when they mess with the books. Although, very little of Ludlum's stuff was used in the Bourne Trilogy and those were 3 good films.
