home playoff game?

I get lost in all the playoff stuff. lol not like we have been there so much in last 10 years! Is there any combination of events that could allow for the skins to get a home playoff game?

The only strange scenario that could play out is an NFC Championship game @ the Giants if we both win out to that point. Either way, its going to be a tough series of road games to get us to the promised land.

It is more likely that Satan will appear before you at this very second and pole dance to the spice girls reunion tour soundtrack than for us to have a home playoff game.


the set of events that would need to happen in order for us to get a homefield game:

1) win or tie against the cowboys with a minnesota loss and a new orleans loss or tie.

2) Rogger Goodell dies, is replaced by dan snyder after the last game of the season.

3) emergency team owners meeting is called for prior to the official playoff seeding

4) Dan Syder takes team owners hostage and forces them to adopt a new Constitution of The League in similar fasion the EU's hostile takover of Europe's soveirgnty.

5) new consitution gives the Redskins homefield advantage from now until kingdom come.

6) thus, a homefield playoff game is clinched.

If we were the 5th seed than it would have been possible, but damn near impossible. But it would have been an unusual set of outcomes for that to happen.
