In the cowboys/skins highlights, you can see how fast Marcus Washington is when he picks off that Bledsoe pass. I think he would be another valuable weapon not only in goal situations as a blocker/receiver.

I think with Marcus' injury history he should stick to D. There are very few players who can effectively play both ways.

Being a physical presence and being a good blocker are diff things, ask Cooley. Not to say Cooley is bad at blocking, but he had to learn a lot quickly this year.
