Snyder oviously isn't impressed with Williams/Fassell/Ryan and is waiting till after the superbowl. Last year Jerry Jones waited till after the super bowl to make a statement that owners should be willing to wait for the right coach ( I think he knew he was going to go with Wade or Turner). Now if McDaniels and Spagnola turn down the job and Snyder is forced to go with Williams (who it's obvious Snyder doesn't want, I mean 4 interviews for someone on staff for 4 years!), Fassell (probably likes but him being out of football this year probably hurts him) or Ryan (May be the best option, but they only want him as a DC) then things may get bad.

It's very obvious that Danny and Vinny want a coach that they can manipulate. Joe was such a great person, he probably led them to believe that they were manipulating him, but in reality, weren't. Fassel is an easy choice, he's desperate for the job, willing to do anything. Grimm, on the other hand, obviously isn't a guy who can be manipulated. That's why he hasn't been interviewed. That's why Gregg Williams isn't the choice. He, too, won't be manipulated.
