    Oh btw, breaking news (I think): Peter King said in his "Monday Morning QB" article: "We'll miss you in Afghanistan, JOSH CRIBBS." Does anyone know what he's referring to? Is Cribbs not going to participate in the upcoming season?

    well in all seriousness. it was a good pick. i was deciding between demeco ryans and beason at my pick. took demeco just cuz he already had two seasons under his belt so i could start to see about a trend. beason only has the one season so i judge if he could repeat. and ryan was on a better overall defense, i think.

    and that friend of yours had to be tough to beat if he had willis, ryans, and beason. that would have made him a killing.

    its the the luck of the draw. no different than if someone we've drafted gets hurt in OTAs the way lacharles bentley went down the other year.

    but for the record, i looked and i cant find anything on cribbs going to afghanistan. so i dont really think its real. plus it was buried on the 4th page of the article. if it was real, id say it would have been page one or two.
